**Position Overview**:

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving agile methodologies within our teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching teams to continuously improve their processes. Your leadership will help empower our development teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance workplace wellbeing and employee engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Agile Facilitation & Process Optimization**:

- Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, guiding them through Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and coaching teams on best Agile practices.
- Ensure teams are adhering to Agile principles while maintaining a flexible approach to meet project goals.
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-defined product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals and progress.
- Work closely with engineering, product management, and design teams to align sprint objectives with business needs.
- Assist in conflict resolution and facilitate discussions to drive decision-making that benefits the team and the organization.

**Impediment Removal & Risk Mitigation**:

- Identify and remove obstacles preventing teams from achieving sprint commitments.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and challenges that may impact project timelines and team performance.
- Champion an open and transparent culture where issues are surfaced early and resolved collaboratively.

**Metrics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, burn-down charts) to improve team efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on team progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Drive accountability and visibility through well-maintained Scrum artifacts and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms).

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SaaS, technology, or software development environment.
- ** Certifications (preferred)**: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- ** Agile Expertise**: Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile coaching methodologies.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ** Technical Acumen**: Familiarity with software development lifecycle, CI/CD processes, and cloud-based product development.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
- ** Tools Proficiency**: Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Background in People Operations, HR Tech, or Wellbeing SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DevOps practices.
- Experience coaching multiple Agile teams at varying levels of maturity.
