**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and age-appropriate lessons for LKG students.
- Implement Kindergarten and Montessori teaching techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
- Teach phonics effectively to develop early reading skills in young learners.
- Use the CPA (Concrete, Pictorial, Abstract) approach for teaching math concepts.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages active learning.
- Track and assess the progress of each student, providing feedback to both students and parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall development of the students.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten and Montessori settings.
- Strong knowledge of phonics and early literacy teaching methods.
- Experience with the CPA approach for math instruction.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to nurturing young learners.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Certification in Montessori or relevant early childhood teaching methods (preferred).
- NTT

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
