**Job Description - Pre-Primary Teacher**

**Location**: RMV Dollars Colony, Bangalore
**Industry**: Education (Pre-Primary)
**Qualification**: NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or Montessori Teacher Training
**Experience**: 1-3 years in early childhood teaching
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Role Overview**

The Pre-Primary Teacher will facilitate early childhood learning through structured and play-based methods. The role requires a caring and enthusiastic educator who can create a stimulating environment for children aged 2-6, ensuring their cognitive, emotional, and social development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Deliver engaging lessons using Montessori/NTT methodology and activity-based learning.
- Prepare age-appropriate lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments.
- **Child-Centric Development**:

- Observe, guide, and record each child’s individual progress.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independence in young learners.
- **Classroom & Behavior Management**:

- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and orderly classroom environment.
- Promote positive behavior and healthy routines.
- **Parent & School Communication**:

- Provide feedback on student performance during parent-teacher interactions.
- Participate in school functions, workshops, and events.
- **Collaboration & Continuous Learning**:

- Work with fellow teachers and coordinators to maintain academic standards.
- Upgrade skills through teacher training sessions as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
