Reservation & Ticketing Executive

**Job Description-**
- Corporate handling.
- Complaint handling
- Polite handling of calls at counters of passengers and travel agents resolving their queries regarding FIT Bookings, Issuance, Re-booking & Re-validation, Cancellations and also update SSRs, TCP Remarks on a booking, Seats Assignments, WCHR request, Meals updating.
- Scanning Pre and Post flights on daily basis.
- Maintaining BSP Refund reports on weekly basis.
- Processing of Refund Application (calculation and deduction procedure)
- Maintaining DSR on regular basis.
- Maintain BSP sheet All India on weekly basis.
- Internal communication with staff and updating regarding all new updates of reservations.
- Provide capping to travel agents on daily basis.
- Update OAL and Fare Comparison on monthly basis (Use Galileo for Fare Pricing & Comparison).
- Design Trade Mailers for Travel Partners on a weekly basis

- Requisites -**
Basic Knowledge of GDS, ( Amadeus/ Galileo)
Good communication skills
Basic Knowledge of Issuing, reissuing, refund and validating tickets
How to create Reservations
Itinerary planning
Correspondence with the client/agents
- TeleSales to All India Travel agents on a daily basis.
**Salary**: ₹10,522.13 - ₹34,762.66 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- 1-4: 3 years (preferred)
