**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & HR Support**
- Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR policies implementation.
**2. Meeting & Calendar Management**
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior management.
- Manage conference room bookings and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
**3. Procurement & Vendor Management**
- Handle office procurement, including supplies, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure budget adherence.
**4. Travel Desk Management**
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transport for employees and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and maintain travel expense records.
- Assist employees with travel-related queries and concerns.
**5. Data Collection & Documentation**
- Collect, organize, and maintain data related to HR, operations, and procurement.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all records.
**6. Daily Office Operations & Administrative Support**
- Assist the operations team in day-to-day office management.
- Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and operational.
- Handle correspondence, maintain records, and support any additional administrative tasks as required.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, operations, or administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in handling travel arrangements and procurement.
- Familiarity with HR and office management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple stakeholders.
