About The Role:
Software Development Engineer in Test 3 (SDET 3)

If you are passionate about quality assurance, building test automation for web, app, back-end and capable of working in fast paced collaborative development environment? If yes then this is your chance, we are looking for a talented Software Development Engineer in Test to join our dynamic tech team

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a small team of 4-5 members, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise in test automation.

Develop and implement automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, and API testing tools to ensure the quality of software products.

Design and lead the development of robust automation frameworks and methodologies.

Oversee the creation of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to QA processes and policies.

**Requirements**:
**Skills**:Extensive proficiency in Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, and API testing methodologies.

Strong understanding of QA processes, policies, and best practices.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a small team of 4-5 members.

Hands-on experience in app automation is essential, and expertise in Python will be considered a valuable asset.

Proven track record in developing automation frameworks.

**Experience**:
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation and framework development.

Substantial experience in leading and mentoring teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A relevant Master’s degree would be a plus.
