The role requires expertise across web, mobile, and API automation, with a focus on scalability, CI/CD integration, and modern QA practices. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintainautomation frameworks(UI, API, Mobile). - Write and executeautomated scriptsfor regression, functional, integration, and performance testing. - PerformAPI testing(REST, SOAP, GraphQL) with automation tools. - Integrate automation suites withCI/CD pipelines(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab). - Conductcross-browser and cross-platform testing. - Analyze test results, create defect reports, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. - Optimize test coverage and introduceAI/ML-based testing solutionswhere relevant. - Work inAgile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning and reviews. Skills & Qualifications - 37 years of experiencein Automation Testing / SDET roles. - Strong expertise withat least one scripting language(Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#). - Hands-on experience with frameworks such as: - Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium(UI/Mobile automation). - JUnit, TestNG, PyTest, Mocha, Jest(unit/integration testing). - Experience withAPI automation(Postman, RestAssured, Karate, Newman). - Familiarity withBDD frameworks(Cucumber, SpecFlow, Behave). - Proficiency inGit/GitHuband version control workflows. - Solid understanding ofCI/CD and DevOps practices. - Experience withcloud testing platforms(BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, LambdaTest). - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice-to-Have - Knowledge ofAI/ML-based test automation tools(Testim, Mabl, Functionize). - Experience withperformance testing tools(JMeter, Locust, k6). - Knowledge ofsecurity testing basics(OWASP, ZAP). - Exposure toDocker/Kubernetesfor containerized testing environments.
