Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests.

Customer Service:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Promote services and products to clients and maintain client records.

Operations Management:

- Oversee daily salon operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon or department.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of products and supplies.
- Order supplies and manage vendor relationships as needed.

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (preferred)
