**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales and Business Development**
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell our courses
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and close deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

**Market Research**
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the team on market demands and sales strategies.

**Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
