**About the International Operations Finance track**

Novo Nordisk International Operations encompasses markets in Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America.

During the programme you will work with different part of the company’s senior leadership and build an international network of world-class colleagues, establishing yourself as one of tomorrow’s key people in finance at Novo Nordisk.

We’ve designed the International Operations Finance track, so that, following its successful completion, you will be equipped with the necessary skills and experiences to become an integral part of our company with a permanent position in Novo Nordisk.

**The position**

During the two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of eight-months duration, starting in your home country Colombia, followed by a combination of either HQ in Denmark or International Operations Strategic in Zurich, an IO Regional Office or one of our many global affiliates. You will become truly close to the marketplace and will get hands-on experience with business challenges and risks that pharmaceutical companies face in the marketplace and be able to impact the business with the acquired financial understanding.

The rotations are shaped to suit your development needs, while meeting our business requirements and to ensure you build the required competences needed to become a future finance leader in Novo Nordisk.

**Qualifications**
- A citizenship from Colombia
- A bachelor degree in a relevant field, for example within finance, economics or business administration with one-two years of relevant work experience. If you have a Master’s degree, then you should have a maximum of one year work experience.
- Above average academic achievements
- International experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteering
- Relevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studies
- International mind-set and ability to adapt quickly to change
- Team-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive and an eagerness to learn
- Globally mobile and professional fluency in English
