**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute high-quality graphic design solutions for various advertising campaigns, including print, digital, and social media.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and other team members to ensure design concepts align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Masterfully utilize design software like **Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma** to create logos, illustrations, layouts, and other visual assets.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and industry best practices.
- Proactively seek feedback and continuously refine your skills to deliver exceptional results.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of professional experience in the advertising or design industry.
- Proven ability to develop creative and visually appealing designs that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma**.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Passion for advertising and a desire to contribute to impactful campaigns.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience with other design software like After Effects or InDesign.
- A strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.
- A portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and diverse design skills.
