We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Graphics Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand identity, products, and messages effectively. Your creative talents will play a pivotal role in enhancing our visual communication across various mediums, from digital platforms to print materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver captivating designs that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create captivating and innovative graphic designs, including but not limited to social media graphics, web banners, print materials, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.
- **Branding**: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent use of visual elements across all marketing and communication channels.
- **Collaborate with Marketing and Creative Teams**: Work closely with the marketing team and other creative professionals to understand design requirements and deliver visually compelling materials that align with campaign objectives.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Use visual elements and design principles to tell engaging stories and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- **Illustration and Iconography**:Design custom illustrations and icons to add a unique touch to our branding and marketing initiatives.
- **Image Editing and Retouching**: Enhance and retouch images to improve visual appeal and maintain consistency across platforms.
- **Typography**:Select appropriate fonts and typography to complement the overall design and brand image.
- **Stay Updated with Design Trends**:Keep abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to our designs.
- **File Management**: Organize and maintain design files and assets to ensure easy access and collaboration within the team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant graphic design tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition.
- **Creativity and Originality**:Ability to think creatively and develop unique design solutions that align with the brand's identity and message.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail, precision, and consistency in design work.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Communication**:Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and understand project requirements.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing design requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
