Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and comprehend the organization and senior stakeholders needs to envision solutions.
- Deliver solutions successfully with his functional and technical capability to meet various stakeholders’ expectations.
- Work closely with various stakeholders like business, technical team and project manager to deliver solution with quality and timelines.
- Work continuously to look opportunities to enhance and elevate performance of business functions through technology and integration platform.
- Creates business proposals and/or information technology plans based on an understanding of the organizational strategic direction, technology context and business needs.
- Articulates cost benefit analysis and build business case / Architecture / proposal.
- Works with Sales, BD and CX Executives and facilitates presentation of overall solution articulating the benefits and value prepositions of the proposed solution to client.
- Evaluates different solution options/scenarios for new business pursuits.
- Lead and Develop end to end Solution approach, managed services, product/LOB alignment etc., required for the overall solution.
- Estimates the Target Cost for the end-to-end solution based on the Price to WIN provided by the Sales and Pursuit
- Leads others in the definition of project scope, plans and deliverables including cost projections and T&T timelines working with internal stake holders.
- Provides expertise in tactical emerging technologies and implication to IT market.
- Develops Solution with the support of SMEs to transform the organization from its current IT state to the future state.
- Follows governance and sales processes and procedures.
- Works collaboratively with Strategic partners in the pursuit/proposal development process.

Qualifications:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or) computer science (or) related filed.
- TOGAF or equivalent certification preferred
- Certifications in any technology streams are preferred

**Minimum Experience**:

- An overall IT experience of 15 years with a minimum of 7 -10 years’ experience in the relevant field.
- Devops, Middleware development, NodeJS, Docker Containers, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes, Azure Functions, API development and tools, Postman etc.

**Job-Specific Skills**:

- Person must have experience of delivering enterprise level rollout to mulesoft, NodeJS end to end integration and proactive capability models.
- Person must have excellent understanding of integrating various integration models, devops and API toolkits.
- Knowledge on various industry verticals
- Profound Knowledge on IT Outsourcing and work experience in Global IT firms
- Strong personal networks and relationships
- Strong persuasion and influence skills, and ability to encourage, motivate and stimulate collaboration.
- Good presentation skills.
- Knowledge of IT Sales / services environment, processes, and procedures
- Sound knowledge and experience with tools like PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Visio etc.
- Knowledge of the global market and technology trends and drivers to provide enterprise-wide direction and guidance.
- Knowledge of product domain, relevant technologies, and the development processes to develop an overall system view of the client environment.
