**Position Summary**:
As an Admission Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners exploring SkillNet’s programs. You’ll play a key role in guiding applicants through the admissions process, assessing their fit for our training offerings, and helping them take the next step in their career journeys.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand SkillNet Learning’s training programs, eligibility criteria, and learning outcomes
- Conduct initial consultations and eligibility assessments to determine program suitability
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information regarding program options, admissions procedures, and support services
- Maintain accurate records of prospective learners and update CRM systems regularly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach campaigns and events
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and high conversion rates
- Participate in open houses, info sessions, and other promotional events
- Assist in the development of admissions materials and FAQ documents
- Track and report on admissions metrics and learner feedback

Pay: ₹11,801.85 - ₹18,327.75 per month
