**Job Role**:

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatologist to lead our clinics across Rajasthan.
- As the Head of Clinics, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branches, providing expert dermatological care, and ensuring optimal patient satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinic Visits**: Regularly visit all branches across Rajasthan to assess operations, patient care, and staff performance.
- **Patient Consultation**: Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients, accurately diagnosing skin and hair conditions, and recommending appropriate treatment plans.
- **Clinical Procedures**: Perform a wide range of dermatological procedures, including but not limited to:

- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and guide a team of dermatologists, dermatologists assistants, and other staff members to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and maintain stringent quality control standards to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- **Client Management**: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
- **Signing Authority**: Act as a signing authority for Derma Magnetica, authorizing documents and agreements as required.
- **Mole removal**:

- **Acne treatments**:

- **Skin biopsies**:

- **Laser therapies**:

- **Hair transplant procedures**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- DNB/ DDVL/ DVD/ FAADV Can Apply.
- Proven experience in clinical dermatology and managing a team.
- Excellent diagnostic and treatment skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
