- Fresher / 1 year Experience

**Skill**
- Better Communication Skills - English, Tamil
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Import/Export regulations and local procurement processes
- Computer Skill - Proficiency in MS Office
- Google Sheets & Tally.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Import & Export Documentations**:
Liaison with FFs, CHAs to ensure timely shipment.
Monitor the Shipment arrivals on time with respective Airlines.
Follow-ups with Freight Forwarders / CHA / Airlines for invoice receipts for inter costing purposes.
Coordinating with CHA team to Deliver the Shipment Once Cleared from Customs / Authority.
- **Local Purchase**:
Manage procurement of goods and services locally.
Negotiate with vendors for pricing and delivery terms.
Maintain records of local suppliers, contracts, and purchase orders.
- **Operations Management**:
Assisting Head-operations for process implementations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
Prepare regular reports on process performance, quality metrics, and improvement initiatives.

Pay: From ₹11,700.00 per month
