
Customer Care Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance.**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- To provide accurate and timely support, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings, processes, and systems.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to established service standards, response times, and quality metrics to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer issues effectively.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs.
- Good multitasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- **High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.**
