Job Title: Vice Principal

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Management**

1. Assist the Principal in providing strategic leadership and management of the school.

2. Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff to ensure effective teaching and learning practices.

3. Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

**Academic Excellence**

1. Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum programs.

2. Monitor and evaluate student academic performance and progress.

3. Provide guidance and support to teachers to improve student outcomes.

**Student Well-being**

1. Develop and implement student well-being programs and initiatives.

2. Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and teachers on student well-being issues.

3. Oversee the management of student behavior and discipline.

**Community Engagement**

1. Develop and maintain relationships with parents, caregivers, and the broader community.

2. Represent the College at events and functions.

3. Oversee the development and implementation of community engagement programs and initiatives.

**Requirements**:
1. Master's degree in Education or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership, with a strong track record of improving student outcomes.

3. Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.

6. Doctoral degree in Education or a related field.

7. Experience in curriculum development and implementation.

8. Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning platforms.

9. Experience in leading and managing college improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:
