Client and Product Support Associate

Justo is looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can interact with US clients and onboard institutions to our product.

**Key responsibility**:

- Interact over the phone with the US client and onboard the institutions
- To investigate and resolve account-specific issues and provide product support to the institutions.
- Product management and quickly learning the details for our App products.
- In-depth learning about the platform and the workflows to communicate to the client.
- Support the products effectively and scaling up the product support
- Handling the services tickets for IT and media for our clients.
- Basic troubleshooting for Windows and Mac
- Escalating the L2 technical issue to the appropriate team.
- Excellent relationship with the clients and keeping track of all the details in our system.
- Other general administrative duties as assigned.

**Basic Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English verbal and written communication.
- Minimum 1 year evidencing exceptional customer service.
- Good comprehension skills -- ability to clearly understand and relate to the issues customers raise.
- Good composition skills-- ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to approach problems logically. Ability to demonstrate learning and decision-making skills.
- A natural ability to building rapport
- Flexible to work in night shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
