**Who Are We Looking For?**

**Associate Freelance Trainers**

As SkillSphere Education continues to grow and moves into its next large-scale phase of expansion, **it has become imperative for us to hire individuals who can conduct our online and offline educational programmes on a case to case basis as mutually agreed upon. **The number of workshops that we are conducting are rising at a rapid rate, and we want to ensure that we have the best talent available to conduct them.

**We are thus looking for individuals for the position of an Associate Freelance Trainer. **The individuals need to be students in their 2nd last/final year of graduate education or working professionals who have completed their graduation in any field of study (arts, commerce, engineering, management etc.).

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- **You will first undergo 10-15 hours of training by SkillSphere’s training department in order to become a trainer. **These training sessions shall be conducted online, and involve some level of homework that needs to be done by you between sessions
- **Conducting SkillSphere Education’s online educational programmes/knowledge-oriented events/initiatives on a case to case basis as mutually agreed upon. **You will be conducting these for students of different age groups based on provided curriculum and orientation. Our online educational programmes are conducted as short-term workshops or as long-term ones. Once you agree to conduct a workshop, you must adhere to the policies laid down for them and stick to your commitments. The SkillSphere ‘Freelancer Policy Book’ lays down basic guidelines in this regard.
- **Conducting SkillSphere Education’s offline educational programmes/knowledge-oriented events/initiatives on a case to case basis as mutually agreed upon. **Apart from our online educational programmes, we conduct a range of offline educational programmes in different schools/colleges/private centres pan India. These are expected to resume in a full-fledged manner post the pandemic. Such offline workshops might be taking place within your city of residence as well as in other cities in which case you might be expected to travel. **Please note though, that if you are only comfortable conducting SkillSphere’s online educational programmes, do let us know during the shortlisting process itself. You shall not be considered for the conduct of offline educational programmes in such a scenario.**
- **Completing follow up work associated with conducting SkillSphere’s online/offline educational programmes which includes making student feedback reports, analysing feedback forms and providing session reports**
- **Basic public relations with institutions/clients/parents as and when you conduct SkillSphere’s online/offline educational programmes**

**What Should You Be Good At?**
- **Communication skills**: You must be able to speak freely and confidently with any person right from 8 to 80 years of age.
- **Public speaking**: While we don’t expect you to be a Barack Obama, you should not suffer from stage fright or a complete lack of confidence when it comes to speaking in front of crowds. If this is not a problem, don’t worry about other nuances of public speaking. You will be trained comprehensively for conducting workshops, educational programmes and events.
- **You must be passionate about the field of education and teaching students**: We are looking for people who are motivated about influencing social change through skill set development
- **Inter-personal skills and confidence** when meeting/interacting with individuals otherwise unknown to you. You must also have good presentation skills
- **Global, national, and general awareness. **You must keep yourself abreast with important developments in the world.If you are a good quizzer, then this is an added advantage
- **If you have taught in the past and are good at it, then this is also an added advantage**

**How Do We Assess Work?**

**SkillSphere Education follows a system which monitors task completion by all employees/freelance associates as per pre-decided timelines on a weekly basis. We value efficacy and efficiency over everything else. **In case you get selected for this position, client and student feedback about your performances as a trainer, and your ability to complete student reports on a timely basis shall be important parameters for work assessment.

**What Can You Expect Your Per Assignment Remuneration to Be?**

We prefer making expectations of all potential applicants clear at the very inception. If you are selected for this position, then your compensation per workshop/educational programme conducted by you will be as follows:

- **Online Educational Programmes**
- **Short term workshops (4 to 5 sessions of 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs each)**: Between Rs. 1300/-and Rs. 1900/- depending on the educational programme being conducted
- **Long term workshops (12 to 15 sessions of 1.5 to 2 hrs each)**: Between Rs. 4800/- and
