Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Trainer, located in Bengaluru. The Freelance Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, developing curriculum materials, and mentoring students. The daily tasks will also include monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and ensuring a high standard of education. The trainer will be expected to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate the latest teaching methods to enhance student learning experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering training sessions and developing curriculum materials
  • Strong mentoring and guidance skills to support student progress
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate student performance
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and teaching methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
