**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize sales across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and other relevant marketplaces, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive D2C sales strategies to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and overall sales performance.
- Create and manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, campaigns, and other key e-commerce activities to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Drive customer retention and loyalty through effective post-purchase engagement, feedback solicitation, and continuous optimization of the online sales funnel.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to adjust pricing, promotional strategies, and product offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure the effective online positioning of educational kits and related products.
- Travel as needed to explore new business opportunities, attend industry events, and build relationships with potential partners or platforms.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in D2C and e-commerce sales, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales.
- Prior experience managing sales on popular online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, etc.
- Knowledge or experience with educational kits or products for children (0 to 6 years) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics, online sales strategies, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize sales strategies and track performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel for business development, expansion, and to attend industry events.
