**Job Description**:
- Maintaining daily calendar for Managing Director
- Preparation of MIS report
- Fixing meetings and appointments for MD with the clients
- Preparation of agenda for the meeting
- Making arrangements for events, committee, board, and other meetings.
- Routine activities, including attending / screening telephone calls,, faxing, scanning, sending mails, filing, couriers and handling administrative activities.
- Documentation work in MS Office like Charts or graph preparation, pivot table function, Data validation, Vlookup function.
- Preparing power point presentation for the meetings
- Make flight bookings(Domestic & International) for Director and other sales executives
- Hotel arrangements as required by MD
- Web check in for his travel
- Preparing Travel schedule for his visit
- Maintaining the Monthly expense statement of MD
- Preparation of his expense statement and settling the same to the Finance department after his travel
- Co ordination with customers and vendors on behalf of MD
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
- Handling request and enquiries from the customers
- Preparation of sales quotation made for clients, negotiating terms
- Co ordination with principals for material arrangement
- To assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- Creating sales strategies and plans to support the growth of the organization
- Setting up, running and managing sales campaign
- Implementing and monitoring plans and performance to ensure agreed forecast are in place and tracked
- To prepare reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve
- Coordinate daily customer service operations
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs

**Qualification**:
Any UG /PG with 2 to 5 Years Experiences in Secretarial Department
