**2) Position : Assistant PPC**
**3) Experience Required:2 + Years / Offset Printing**
**4) Salary Negotiable :Upto 40K**
**5) Job Location :Ahmedabad**
**6) Job Description :1. Co-ordinate with Marketing Team regarding orders**

2. Create product masters in the software.

3. Co-ordinate with clients regarding orders.

4. Punch purchase orders in the software.

5. Prepare job cards considering optimum utilization and availability of raw

material, utilization / current work load on machines.

6. Check current inventory. Prepare requisition for raw material.

7. Prepare production schedule depending upon urgency, pending list of orders,

work load on each machine, machine optimization.

8. Update production schedule depending upon the output.

9. Maintain efficiency of each machine and operator.

10. Check the lead time of orders, committed delivery date to clients.

11. Communicate with clients / marketing team regarding delivery dates / any

changes in the same.

12. Co-ordinate with Stores, Production team and QC team as per the need.
