MLK Waste Management was founded in October 2014 and is based out of Bhopal. The company develops and implements solutions for treatment of different types of wastewater like, domestic, industrial and commercial and make. The motive behind dealing with waste is to recycle or produce it in reusable form.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced draftsman to join our organisation. You will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings and plans for various projects. You will work closely with civil engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure the quality and accuracy of the designs.

**Job Profile**:

- Will be responsible for drafting Autocad 2D structures related to our work.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools to produce and revise technical drawings and plans for Water holding concrete structures, Metal structures, 2D machine drawings, and other structures from Project Manager’s sketches, incorporating exact measurements.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design
- Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
- Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
- Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
- Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.

**Requirement**:

- An associate’s degree or certification program in architectural drafting, or similar define specifc degree
- Prior experience as an architectural draftsman will be advantageous.
- Communication and inter-personal skills.
- A mode of commute (for within the city only, whenever necessary) is also a must.
