**Job Summary**:
The General Surgeon is responsible for performing surgical procedures to treat various medical conditions. This role involves diagnosing patient conditions, planning and executing surgical interventions, and providing post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and diagnose patients to determine the need for surgery.
- Develop and discuss treatment plans with patients and their families.
- Perform surgical procedures with precision and adherence to medical protocols.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and monitor patient recovery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document surgical procedures.
- Stay updated with advancements in surgical techniques and medical technology.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
- Participate in training and mentoring junior medical staff.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS and MS/DNB in General Surgery.
- Valid medical license and registration.
- 3-5 years of experience as a practicing surgeon preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong surgical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies.
- Compassionate and patient-centric approach.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in general surgery or related specialties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹58,201.83 per month
