Job Overview:
As a **CPL Delivery**, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely delivery of customer products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will coordinate with various departments, vendors, and carriers to ensure accurate order processing, delivery tracking, and resolution of any delivery issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Delivery Management**: Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer products from the warehouse to the customer’s location.
- **Customer Communication**: Maintain clear communication with customers to provide updates on delivery status, answer queries, and address concerns.
- **Order Processing**: Review and confirm product orders, ensuring all information is accurate and prepared for shipment.
- **Vendor and Carrier Coordination**: Work closely with third-party delivery partners to optimize shipping routes, manage schedules, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available for delivery, and handle backorders or substitutions as needed.
- **Issue Resolution**: Resolve any logístical issues, including delays, damages, or discrepancies in orders.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, expenses, and performance metrics. Provide reports on delivery KPIs to management.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest and implement improvements to streamline delivery processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all deliveries comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

- Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of shipping methods, delivery platforms, and tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability, with the capacity to handle unexpected situations or delays.
- Proficiency with delivery management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Skills:

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices.
- Experience with global or international logistics is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
