As a Sales Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving the adoption of solar energy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries suitable for rooftop solar installations.

2. Customer Engagement and Consultation:

- Engage with potential clients to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of rooftop solar installations.

3. Sales Presentation and Proposal Development:

- Create compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of rooftop solar installations, including cost savings, environmental impact, and return on investment.

4. Collaboration with Technical Team:

- Work closely with our technical team to ensure accurate and timely project quotations, system design, and installation plans.

5. Product Knowledge and Training:

- Participate in training programs to develop a deep understanding of our solar products, industry trends, and sales techniques.

6. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and government policies related to solar energy.

7. Sales Pipeline Management:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, targets, and performance against goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,918.04 per month
