**Job Title**: ICU Nurse

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and other critical health indicators.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with patient assessments, including monitoring changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond quickly to emergencies and act as part of a critical care team.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical illness or injury.
- Document all patient care activities accurately in medical records.
- Ensure infection control standards are maintained within the ICU environment.
- Participate in patient and family education regarding medical conditions and care needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
- 1-2 years of ICU nursing experience.
- Strong clinical skills in critical care and emergency response.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic with patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is a plus.
- Experience with advanced ICU technology and equipment.
