1. Vendor Management: o Identify, evaluate, and select vendors that meet the company’s standards and requirements. o Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors. o Ensure vendors comply with company policies and contractual terms. 2. Contract Negotiation and Management: o Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules. o Monitor and manage contract performance to ensure compliance and satisfactory delivery. Job Responsibility 3. Procurement Coordination: o Coordinate the procurement process from requisition to delivery. o Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. 4. Issue Resolution: o Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to vendors, such as delivery delays, quality issues, or invoicing problems. o Act as a point of contact for vendor inquiries and concerns. 5. Performance Monitoring: o Monitor and evaluate vendor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). o Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and provide feedback. 6. Record Keeping and Reporting: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vendor transactions, contracts, and communications. o Prepare and present reports on vendor performance, costs, and procurement activities. 7. Collaboration and Communication: o Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless vendor management and procurement processes. o Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and agreement.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
