**Role and Responsibilities**

Research and write high-quality, SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, property descriptions, market trends, guides, and landing pages.

Conduct keyword research using SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner) to identify ranking opportunities.

Optimize content for on-page SEO, including meta descriptions, title tags, headers, internal linking, and structured data.

Create compelling and informative property listings page content that engage users and drive conversions.

Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, SEO best practices, and industry trends to improve content strategy.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice and digital marketing goals.

Write engaging, easy-to-read, and value-driven content that resonates with homebuyers, sellers, and real estate professionals.

Ensure content is plagiarism-free and adheres to SEO guidelines.

**Requirements**:
1-3 years of experience in SEO content writing, preferably in real estate, property tech, or MLS platforms.

Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs and Google Keyword Planner.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to create engaging, informative, and actionable content tailored to real estate audiences.

Familiarity with MLS listings, real estate trends, and industry terminology is a plus.

Experience with CMS platforms, and basic HTML is an advantage.

Strong research skills and the ability to turn complex topics into digestible, user-friendly content.

Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple content projects.
