We are seeking a talented creative thinker who has strong design skills. As a Digital Designer, you will collaborate with client team and creative teams to create visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our brand identity and business goals. Your work will be instrumental in shaping our visual communication across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Print and Digital Design: Ideation and execution, understanding client requirements/brief, designing and delivering creative projects from conceptualization to final execution. Produce high-quality visual assets for both print and digital media, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Edit and enhance images and videos to create visually appealing and engaging content, maintaining a high level of quality and creativity.
- Collateral Creation: Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional materials that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Web and Social Media Graphics: Create visually compelling graphics for websites, social media platforms, and online advertisements to drive engagement and enhance user experience.
- Motion Graphics: Develop animated content using After Effects or similar tools to convey complex ideas and messages through captivating motion graphics and videos.
- Typography and Layout: Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography and layout principles to create visually pleasing and easy-to-read designs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/ BFA or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 - 6 years of professional graphic design work experience in a Digital Marketing Agency can apply.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital design projects.
- Experience with image and video editing software.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX concepts is a plus.
