**Supervising and Managing Staff**:This includes assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing training, and addressing any issues or conflicts among team members.
- **Ensuring Cleanliness and Organization**:This involves inspecting work, implementing cleaning schedules, and ensuring adherence to cleaning protocols and standards.
- **Managing Supplies and Equipment**This includes ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
- **Adhering to Safety Regulations**:This involves ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained for all staff.
- **Customer Service**:This may involve addressing customer complaints, handling special requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Administrative Tasks**:This can include completing paperwork, managing schedules, and reporting to management.

Other Potential Responsibilities:

- **Reporting and record keeping**: Maintaining records of work completed, incidents, and other relevant information.
- **Budget management**: Controlling and managing the budget for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- **Training new hires**: Providing on-the-job training and orientation for new cleaning staff.
- **Communication**: Acting as a liaison between management and staff, and communicating with other departments as needed.
- **Problem-solving**: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the cleaning process.
- **Ensuring compliance with regulations**: Staying up-to-date on and adhering to all relevant cleaning and safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,568.65 - ₹25,078.33 per month
