Ø Maintain all Production records

Ø Capable of Doing blending process of Beverages Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic

Ø Responsible for accounting of Stocks

Ø Responsible to chemical analysis

Ø Responsible to water quality check and Dm water plant knowledge

Ø Smooth functioning of bottling operations

Ø To increase the productivity and decrease the wastages

Ø Sampling plan, testing of incoming packing materials as per standards decided.

Ø On line inspection of packing material & production, finished goods inspection.

Ø Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to optimize manufacturing processes and achieve production goals.

Ø Monitor and control production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Ø Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements, specifically focusing on process packaging and conversion cost.

Ø Drive change management initiatives to implement new packaging processes and cost-saving measures.

Ø Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, operational protocols, and industry best practices.

Ø Production Planning and Inventory Management

Ø Plan and forecast production requirements based on sales forecasts and inventory levels

Ø Coordinate with the sales and demand planning teams to ensure accurate production planning and scheduling

Ø Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demands while minimizing carrying costs

Ø Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
