Store Keeper

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of site operations by maintaining accurate records of materials, tools, and equipment received, issued, and stored.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day store operations at the project site.
- Receive, inspect, and properly record all incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
- Issue materials as per project requirements while maintaining proper documentation.
- Maintain inventory records manually and/or using software tools.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure safe storage, labeling, and handling of all materials.
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement teams, and vendors.
- Perform regular stock audits and assist in reconciliation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in storekeeping, preferably in mechanical/electrical project environments.
- Strong knowledge of **inventory management practices** and stock control procedures.
- Ability to maintain **accurate records** of receipts, issues, and stock levels.
- **Basic computer skills** for record-keeping and reporting (Excel, inventory software, etc.).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- **Educational background** in engineering, technical, or related fields is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) materials is a plus.
