Role and Responsibilities
- Manage group accounting operations through a team including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, payroll and consolidation
- Order to cash process including revenue recognition
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Drive month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Coordinate, correspond & establish a good connect with external stakeholders like investors, bankers, consultants, and others
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation. Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems
- Motivate and lead finance team members
- Additional controller duties as necessary

Qualifications:

- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
- CA or CWA or MBA
- Excellent communication
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating consolidated financial statements
- Excellent team management
- Oracle ERP knowledge

**Skills**:

- Experience in ERP implementation
- Knowledge in high level compliance laws of US, India and other geographies is an added advantage
- M&A integrations
- Experience in managing Global controllership role

Additional Notes

Communication has to be extremely good as he will be interacting globally

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
