Position Details:
Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience: 1-3 Years Preferred (Freshers with strong Excel and dashboard skills may also apply)

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing data

Generate MIS reports for departments including Sales, Marketing, and Management

Create and manage interactive dashboards to track KPIs and targets

Perform data analysis to support decision-making

Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure data accuracy

Present trends and insights in a clear, actionable format

Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA preferred)

1-3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Analytics

Strong proficiency in MS Excel - Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts, etc.

Experience in dashboard creation using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau is a plus)

Experience with Zoho (CRM, Analytics, Reports) will be an added advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage confidential data with integrity

Excellent attention to detail and consistency in reporting

Good verbal and written communication skills
