**Job Title: Online Reputation Officer**

**Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh**

EuroNoxx Reserves, a leader in healthcare, beauty, fashion, and telecommunications, is seeking an experienced Online Reputation Officer to safeguard and enhance our digital presence. This pivotal role requires meticulous monitoring of social media platforms and the internet to suppress negative content and promote positive narratives about our brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor social media channels, forums, blogs, and news sites continuously.
- Identify and address negative comments, reviews, and posts promptly and effectively.
- Develop strategies to mitigate reputational risks and enhance brand perception online.
- Engage with online communities to foster positive sentiment and brand advocacy.
- Collaborate closely with PR, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive online reputation management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in online reputation management or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies is desirable.
