**Main Areas of Responsibility**:

- Mix Processing and Transfer equipment (Milk reception to HTST to Mix Storage area)
- Butter Melting & Transfer processing equipment
- Clean in place (CIP) systems
- Ice Cream processing and packing equipment ( Continuous Ice Cream Freezers, Extrusion line,

Cup Filling line, Cone filling line, Candy Lines, spiral Hardening tunnels etc..)
- Compressed air systems
- Steam boilers and ancillary equipment as applicable
- Ammonia Over feed Refrigeration system.
- ETP plant more than 1000kld
- Air handling units

**Main Responsibilities**
- Performs routine maintenance on various types of equipment and improves equipment for the maximum efficiency such as Ice Cream Freezers, Linear Cup, Tub & Cone Machines, Extrusion Machines, Freezers, Mix process equipment, Pumps etc..Split system DX units, Packaged HVAC units, Chillers, boilers, pumps, in commercial/industrial facilities
- Execute Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown maintenance of Ice Cream mfg. Equipment.
- Execute Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown maintenance of Refrigeration plant pumps, ETP pumps, Water & fire pumps etc..
- Report to and follow work instructions from, the supervisor/manager and/or liaise with and follow instruction from the site project team.
- Maintain, fault find and repair specialised plant & equipment.
- Have the ability to carry out fault finding and diagnostics on large Ice Cream Plants.
- Have experience of working in an operational environment.
- Attend Breakdown in time.

**Job Skills & Qualifications**
- 5 to 7 years of Proven experience as an Fitter in FMCG Industries.
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineer or ITI Fitter - completed apprenticeship as an electrician

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Talegaon Dabhade, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
