Key Responsibilities-Edit and package videos for social media content campaign highlights, launch films,and explainers-Brainstorming and developing video ideas or scripts aligned with project goals-Create engaging content from field footage, archival material, and fresh shoots-Follow creative briefs and collaborate closely with producers, strategists, and contentteams-Develop new video treatments and styles that enhance storytelling and viewerretention-Build and manage a video repository (speech cuts, thematic clips, archival footage)-Ensure color correction, sound design, pacing, and transitions align with content tone-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines-Handle data management and post-production coordination with the team as required

Minimum Qualifications-Graduate in any field (mandatory)-1-2 years of hands-on video editing experience with prior experience in productionhouses or media agencies-Strong technical command over tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro CC (2019 or later),After Effects, Photoshop, Motion Graphics, Multi-Camera editing, and Final Cut Pro-Understanding of social media platforms, their formats, and audience preferences-Excellent sense of rhythm, visual composition, and storytelling pace

Preferred Skills-Advanced knowledge of After Effects and audio clean-up tools-Familiarity with multilingual content production-Proven ability to conceptualise and independently execute creative briefs-Awareness of national and regional trends in digital storytelling-Ability to work under pressure and within dynamic timelines-Basic knowledge of camera handling is an added advantage-Strong social awareness and ability to translate public issues into compelling visuals.
