Hiring: Video Editor – Amar Solar (Mumbai) Full-Time | On-Site Preferred | Clean Energy Startup Stock options available for high-ownership candidates The Role: We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to lead our content creation across Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms. This role involves end-to-end content ownership from scripting and planning to shooting and editing. We want someone who can bring fresh storytelling, creative direction and visual identity to our brand as we scale. What you’ll be doing: Edit short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (Must) Plan, script and storyboard content around solar, sustainability, entrepreneurship and lifestyle Lead shoots both in-studio and on-site at live solar project locations Manage the publishing calendar and maintain content consistency across platforms Analyse content performance and refine strategies for growth Objectives of the Role: Brand Building – Develop a strong visual and content identity for Amar Solar Content Growth – Increase reach & engagement across social platforms to educate and inspire Creativity & Innovation – Experiment with formats, styles, trends and storytelling approaches Video Quality & Consistency – Maintain a high standard of production across all content What You’ll Need: Proven experience editing on Adobe Premiere Pro (Reels/Shorts + YouTube Long-form) A strong understanding of social media video trends, hooks and storytelling formats Ability to shoot videos with an eye for composition, lighting and sound Creativity, ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Canva skills for thumbnails and occasional brand creatives (preferred) What We Bring: • A young, energetic work vibe where ideas flow fast and creativity is celebrated • You won’t just “edit videos” you’ll build a brand , a style, and a voice people recognise • Massive creative freedom try new formats, experiment, fail, learn, repeat • Work directly with founders & cool creative minds, not corporate layers or approvals • A chance to lead the entire content game as we grow. • Your content will actually create impact inspiring people to adopt clean energy • We shoot fun BTS, founder diaries, reels, educational pieces, meme content & more • A portfolio that will stand out vs 99% of “just reel editors” out there • A culture where we hype each other, grow together & actually have fun working • Stock options for those who align with our vision and grow with us over time
