We’re looking for a Junior Operations Executive to join our growing team and help bring our sessions, gigs, and day-to-day operations to life. This role is a blend of on-ground event execution and behind-the-scenes coordination — perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in dynamic environments, and finds joy in making things run smoothly.

You’ll work closely with multiple teams and play a key part in delivering seamless experiences across everything we do — from Soul Jams sessions to private gigs under Feel It Live, and internal company ops.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Session Operations: Support and manage the execution of Soul Jams sessions across cities — including artist coordination, venue setup, logistics, and guest experience
- Feel It Live Gigs: Assist in planning and executing private gigs under the Feel It Live vertical — from client coordination to on-ground execution
- Company Operations: Handle internal ops such as scheduling, inventory, vendor management, and basic administrative tasks
- Problem-Solving: Jump in wherever needed to troubleshoot issues during events or backend workflows — think on your feet and act quickly
- Communication: Coordinate across teams, artists, vendors, and venues to keep everything running smoothly
- Building Processes: Help structure backend systems, checklists, and tools to make operations more efficient and scalable

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
