**Job Summary**:
The Sales Staff is responsible for generating leads, soliciting potential customers, and closing sales to achieve targets. They will maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other methods
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
