**Overview**: Efficient supply chain planning and execution expert for chemical manufacturing industry.

**Qualification**: Graduate (B. Com / B.Sc., chemistry preferred) / PGDM in supply chain management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage raw material inquiries and QCS.
- Issue purchase orders in ERP.
- Follow up with vendors for timely dispatch.
- Coordinate transportation/logistics for material delivery.
- Resolve vendor issues related to quality, quantity, and documentation.
- Execute import-export documentation.
- Track due payments and coordinate with finance.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties, including vendor plant visits.
- Attend exhibitions for vendor development.
- Monitor stock reports and factory requirements.
- Coordinate with the team for quality management, ISO documentation, and sustainability initiatives.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong in follow-up and documentation.
- Experience in chemical procurement preferred.
- Clear communication and strong understanding skills.
- Proactive in alternate sourcing.
- Good negotiation skills and fluent in English.
- Vendor evaluation & qualification expertise.
- Import-export documentation experience.
- Conversant with MIS preparation.
