URGENT HIRING- PRODUCT MERCHANT RUGS/ TEXTILE

Role Summary:
To play the role of bridge between buyer and the Company and get the production functions managed as per order TNA

Key Responsibilities:
To take buyer order handover from Sales Merchant and understand buyer’s requirement

To plan order execution with Production team and make TNA for each order SKU

To make trim cards for order execution and hand it over to Production

To get the order procurement done from Purchase team

To manage 100% OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery

To plan for buyer PP, TOP, Inline till final inspection

To maintain Order TNA planned Vs Actual for each order

To ensure 100% labels, tags, barcodes before any planned inspection

To ensure production costing details after each order SKU dispatch

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

UG: Any Graduate

Textile technical qualified

BDes (Bachelor of Design), B.Tech.in têxtiles/

Skills Competencies:
Fashion awareness at all times.

A keen eye for details.

Ability to meet deadlines on time.

Communication skills to interact well with the whole team and a variety of customers.

Customer service and feedback to create a strong customer base.

Prevent losses and gain market share.

Textile and color theory.

History of fashion.

Retail management.

Merchandise planning and management.

Supply chain management.

Fashion forecasting.

Consumer behavior.
