**Job Overview**

We are looking for Online Bidder/ business development executive who is responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business. The role involves active coordination across teams and is expected to work on new business proposals.

**Key responsibilities** would include

We are looking for someone who can generate business via portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH and Freelance.

Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites.

Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients.

Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company.

Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirements and acquisition.

**Skill Set Required**
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
- Must have excellent negotiation skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making.
- Expert or Interest in doing bidding on platforms like Upwork, PPH, Freelancer
- Good technical knowledge in web development and digital marketing niche to draft proposals/bids on the desired platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
