**What You’ll Do**:*
- *Lead a Design Dream Team:* Manage and inspire a team of 3-4 designers to craft stunning and effective interfaces.
- *Transform Ideas:* Turn complex problems into clear, user-friendly design solutions.
- *Startup Savvy:* Excel in a fast-paced startup environment and bring previous B2C product success to the table.
- *Collaborate & Innovate:* Work closely with developers and understand PRD to make sure designs are both beautiful and feasible.
- *Agile Expert:* Navigate and implement Agile (Scrum) practices to streamline design processes.
- *Quality Assurance:* Conduct UAT to ensure top-notch design quality.
- *Tool Savvy:* Use Jira and Figma to manage projects and workflows effectively.
- *Data-Driven Design:* Leverage data to challenge norms and drive smart design decisions.
- *Feedback Friendly:* Embrace feedback and continuously seek growth.
- *Time Management Pro:* Juggle multiple projects with excellent time management skills.
