Job Description:

- Follow up with walk Ins to convert into enrollment.
- Overall center operations management.
- Student mobilization.
- Staff Management.
- Batch formation & training supervision.
- Ensure that program rolled out is as per the Schedule and all SOPs are adhered.
- Building a strong team culture to deliver the organizations program mandate at the center.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations at the center.
- Ensure all walk ins/ enquery is addressed at the center.
- Ensure good audit scores for center.
- Collection of placement document on priority basis.
- Responsible for the qualitative and quantitative deliverables of the program at the centre level
- Implements initiatives within the centre operations.
- Coordinate with other faculty, program manager & Sr. Program manager at state level.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
