Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Recruitment solutions from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
- Configure, test, and deploy Recruitment functionalities (recruitment cycle, requisition approvals, recruiting analytics).
- Engage with business teams to optimize recruitment processes through Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to client HR teams.

Requirements:

- 3–4 end-to-end implementations in Cloud Recruitment as primary, and at least 2 in secondary HCM modules.
- Strong experience with candidate management, requisition process, and reporting.
- Exposure to UK projects preferred with hands-on HR process automation knowledge.

Oracle Cloud Learning Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementations in Oracle Learning Cloud.
- Configure eLearning, compliance training, course catalogs, and mobile learning.
- Implement learning plans, training compliance, and reporting.
- Collaborate with clients to design scalable learning processes.

Requirements:
