- **Roles & Responsibilities**:_
- Manage end-to-end campaigns on major paid channels such as Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, and Meta ads.
- Conduct thorough research and execute crucial aspects of paid campaigns including audience research and account structure.
- Analyze paid media campaigns, develop strategies, execute tests, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Implement bidding strategies across diverse industry verticals to achieve defined objectives and KPIs.
- Design and execute A/B tests for continuous optimization and incorporate learnings into future campaigns.
- Measure and analyze campaign results, generate regular reports, and propose adjustments to strategies and tactics.
- Align organizational and product goals with specific project deliverables.
- Collaborate with other digital channels to ensure overall strategy alignment and message coherence.
- Effectively manage marketing spend to ensure budgets are optimally utilized.
- **Qualification**:_
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ROI/performance-driven Facebook, and other ad platforms.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing Agencies.(additional Benefit)
- Experience in Market Research & Data Analysis.
- Ability to accurately manage monthly allocated media budgets.
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management abilities.
